This permanent exhibit got its name, Netukulimk, from a traditional Mi'kmaw concept that celebrates the connection and balance between the natural and human worlds.
Experience the sights, sounds and smells of a Nova Scotia forest through interactive displays and live animals. You'll find nocturnal creatures and plants. Listen to the sounds of a woodpecker hard at work or hear the call of a coyote. Get up close to live Nova Scotia snakes and amphibians. Don't forget to stop by the observation honeybee hive and see if you can find the Queen.
